Wellbeing in the workplace has recently emerged as one of the top staffing considerations for teachers, school leaders and system leaders. Given that it is a shared responsibility, what can you do to contribute to your own wellbeing in the workplace? Improving your resilience is the most popular research informed solution.

The PeopleBench Resilience at Work for Educators course is intended to give educators an introduction to resilience in the workplace and provide some of the healthy habits, tools, techniques and resources available to sustainably manage performance and wellbeing at work. The course materials include a bonus workbook that can be completed electronically or manually to help with your learning and reflective practice.
